September 2026 - New Beta Firmware.
There is a new beta firmware available via the app, specifically for Gen3 Cubes only. This version improves functionality and adds some new features. Please understand this is still beta release at this stage. We offer no guarantees as to its stability at this stage.
August 2025 - Firmware Update
We have now released Firmware version V3.98 for the Camush Cube Gen3 and firmware version Gen2-3.1 for Gen2 Cubes that have been updated previously by us and have the Gen3 bootloader installed. If you are unsure of the model of Cube you own or if this update will work with your Cube, please contact us by email and we will help you through the process.
What this update does: This is a bug fix version to fix the previously identified issue relating to the use of the "PIR Extend" mode. This version does not introduce any new features.
This firmware update is accessed via the Cambush app and full guidance for installing the update can be found in the main instructions documents linked on this page.
June 2025 - NOTIFICATION OF KNOWN BUG - PLEASE SEE FIRMWARE UPDATE ABOVE
We have become aware of a bug in firmware V3.97 for the Cambush Cube. This relates to the use of the 'Extend' function in the on board PIR sensor menu. If your Cube is still running V3.97 we suggest that you update to V3.98 immediately. If this is not possible and you have to use V3.97then please avoid using the "Extend" function.
We pride ourselves on offering first class, reliable products. However we understand that from time to time you may encounter issues that are not obvious to fix.
