August 2025 - Firmware Update

We have now released Firmware version V3.98 for the Camush Cube Gen3 and firmware version  Gen2-3.1 for Gen2 Cubes that have been updated previously by us and have the Gen3 bootloader installed.  If you are unsure of the model of Cube you own or if this update will work with your Cube, please contact us by email and we will help you through the process.

What this update does:  This is a bug fix version to fix the previously identified issue relating to the use of the "PIR Extend" mode.  This version does not introduce any new features.

This firmware update is accessed via the Cambush app and full guidance for installing the update can be found in the main instructions documents linked on this page.

June 2025 - NOTIFICATION OF KNOWN BUG - PLEASE SEE FIRMWARE UPDATE ABOVE

We have become aware of a bug in firmware V3.97 for the Cambush Cube. This relates to the use of the 'Extend' function in the on board PIR sensor menu.  We are working to fix the problem as quickly as possible but in the mean time advise all our customers to avoid using the 'Extend" function until we have issued a firmware update.  Please keep an eye on this page for further information. Thank you for your understanding.

We pride ourselves on offering  first class, reliable products. However we understand that from time to time you may encounter issues that are not obvious to fix.

We would encourage you to visit our FAQ’s and Troubleshooting pages first as most answers can be found there, but if you are unable to resolve your issue then we welcome you to contact us via the contact page or by email at hello@cambush.co.uk and we promise we will do everything we can to help get the problem fixed.

As our site grows and the community of Cambush users grows with it we intend to launch a forum for our customers where experiences and tips and tricks can be shared.  This will be a place where questions can be asked and information shared that will help us all get the most out of our camera traps.
